My Database cannot be found when attempting to open a job. What do I need to do?


You open a job and the database cannot be found.

Click Yes to select another database and nothing is available in the Select Database window.

You may also start a new job and not find any databases.

Fix 1

Go to Settings / Options

Make sure that Databases / Multiple-user database mode is selected for all users on your network.

Click OK, close the Classic software and then reopen it.

Fix 2

Go to Settings > Database Folders .

Remove the database name.

Locate the correct database in this path.

Confirm the path and click OK.

When you start a new job, the databases now display and existing jobs should now open without asking to select a different database.​
