New features and changes

Map Screen

  • Perspective View allows user to orbit around instrument or layout pole depending on whether user is in laser or prism mode

Measure Menu

  • Layout Plane is a new feature that allows the user to specify an elevation and layout points on that elevation.  Trimble Field Link will report both cut and fill values, marking points red if in cut and blue if in fill.

Device Menu

  • Support for reflective targets.  Autolock switched off for this target type

  • GNSS Guidance bar uses dZ instead of dV for elevation deltas


  • PDF Scales available for metric PDFs

  • Easier to use custom PDF scale option

  • Improved PDF text handling

Note: Trimble Field Link v4.3 does not support AutoCAD 2018 dwg files.  Please use 2013 file format.


  • Fixed delay caused by having too many points selected in Point Manager and Export Points

  • Trimble Field Link is now a 64-bit application

  • Trimble Field Link handles better radio disconnect when exiting program
